Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LifeCloud, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use LifeCloud.

LifeCloud is a personal memory preservation and legacy platform. It allows users to create a LifePrint � a curated public or private digital identity � upload media to a personal vault, write an autobiography, and acquire symbolic placements inside historical figure chambers in the Hall of Icons.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to LifeCloud. By uploading content, you grant LifeCloud a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You must not upload content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
• Contains illegal material including but not limited to child sexual abuse material
• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or incitement to violence
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

Chamber placements are symbolic digital positions within the Hall of Icons. They are not investments, securities, or financial instruments. Purchasing a placement grants you a symbolic position on the platform only.

• All placement purchases are final. Refunds are not available once payment is confirmed.
• Placements may be listed on the secondary marketplace subject to floor price rules.
• LifeCloud charges an 8% seller fee and a 3% buyer fee on all secondary marketplace transactions.
• Floor prices cannot be reduced below the original purchase price or the current chamber floor.
• LifeCloud reserves the right to modify chamber mechanics, but will not reduce the number of existing placements.

Vault storage plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments.

• The free plan includes 1 GB of storage at no charge.
• Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We do not offer refunds on subscription payments already processed.
• If your storage usage exceeds your plan capacity, uploads will be paused until capacity is increased or files are deleted.

All payments on LifeCloud are processed in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. By making a payment you agree to NOWPayments' terms of service. LifeCloud does not store payment credentials and is not responsible for cryptocurrency network fees, exchange rate fluctuations, or failed transactions due to network conditions.

Your use of LifeCloud is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform with reasonable notice. We will not delete your stored content without notice except in cases of terms violations.

LifeCloud is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeCloud and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law. As LifeCloud serves a global user base, disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
