Privacy Policy

LifeCloud is a memory preservation and legacy platform operated under the trading name LifeCloud. For any privacy-related matters, contact us at privacy@lifecloud.app.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account data: email address, username, full name, date of birth, and password (stored as a secure hash � we never see it in plain text).
• Profile data: biography, profile picture, cover photo, and any content you voluntarily add to your LifePrint.
• Media vault content: photos, videos, audio files, and documents you upload. These are stored on Cloudflare R2 and are private by default.
• Transaction records: payment reference IDs and amounts for chamber placements and vault upgrades. We do not store credit card numbers, crypto wallet keys, or any sensitive payment credentials � all payments are processed by NOWPayments.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session data collected automatically by our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare) for security and performance purposes.

We use your data exclusively to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the LifeCloud service
• Authenticate your identity and protect your account
• Process payments and record ownership of chamber placements
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except the infrastructure providers listed below.

LifeCloud operates on trusted infrastructure. The following services may process your data as part of delivering the platform:

• Supabase � database and authentication (EU/US data centres)
• Vercel � hosting and content delivery
• Cloudflare R2 � media file storage
• NOWPayments � cryptocurrency payment processing. When you make a payment, you are subject to NOWPayments' own privacy policy.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records which may be retained for up to 7 years).

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

LifeCloud uses session cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in. These are set by Supabase authentication and are not used for tracking or advertising. No third-party tracking cookies are used. You cannot opt out of session cookies without losing the ability to sign in.

LifeCloud is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at privacy@lifecloud.app and we will delete the account promptly.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
