Reporting infringing content
If something on LifeCloud uses your copyrighted work, or otherwise infringes your rights, without permission, send a notice to copyright@projectlifecloud.com with:
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- the work you say is infringed;
- the exact LifeCloud address (URL) of each item;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the right or are authorised to act for its owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We act on complete notices promptly, normally by removing or disabling the item, and we tell the person who uploaded it.
If your content was removed
If you believe it was removed by mistake or you have the right to use it, reply to copyright@projectlifecloud.com with your name, address, phone number, the removed item, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live (or, outside the United States, where we are based) for any case the complainant brings, and your signature. We forward it to the complainant and may restore the item after 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have started legal action.
Repeat infringement
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly upload infringing content.
False notices
Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can make the sender liable for damages. If you are unsure whether a use infringes your rights, please get advice before sending one.
